Parkline Apartments & Studios — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Parkline Apartments & Studios. By confirming a booking, guests agree to comply with all policies outlined below.

1. Identification & Payment Requirements
  • A valid photo ID and credit card information must be presented at check-in.
  • Unregistered or unauthorised guests are not permitted to stay at Parkline Apartments/Studios.
  • The credit card holder authorises Parkline Apartments to charge the card for accommodation fees.
  • Cancellation or no-show charges.
  • Damages, incidentals, or additional cleaning.
  • Any outstanding balance relating to the reservation.
  • Guests may option to effect payments via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
2. Security Damage Deposit
  • AUD $300 security deposit is required on arrival via credit/debit card.
  • The deposit is refundable within 7 days after departure.
  • Parkline Apartments reserves the right to increase the deposit to $500 based on risk assessment.
4. Check-In Arrangements
  • After-hours check-in is available by prior arrangement only.
  • Self-check-in is available exclusively to returning guests.
5. Cancellation Policy
  • If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, modified, or in the event of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
  • Corporate bookings may be rebooked or issued with a credit note.
6. Housekeeping & Cleaning
  • Routine weekly housekeeping and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
  • Additional cleaning or damage repair costs will be charged to the guest.
7. Payment Terms
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card.
  • GST: Nil.
  • Debit/Credit card payments incur a 2.3% surcharge (Visa/Mastercard).
8. Property / House Rules
  • Each apartment and studio are uniquely decorated and layouts may vary.
  • Non-smoking premises – vaping, smoking and illicit drugs strictly prohibited indoors.
  • No events, parties or large gatherings permitted.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Sofas must not be used as beds for unauthorised guests.
  • Quiet hours are between 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
9. Parking
  • Complimentary gated parking is provided.
  • Please park in the allocated marked bays.
  • Parking is at the guest's/owner’s risk.
10. Liability & Jurisdiction
  • Guests are responsible for any loss, damage or disturbance caused during their stay.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and its jurisdiction.
