This self-continued 35 sq. meters spacious studio is ideal for stays ranging from a few days or a week to extended periods for a single adult.

The furnished and air-conditioned ground floor studio offers a comfortable king single bed (bed linen and towels included), a small dining/work table and smart TV.  Wi-Fi and Netflix are included. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, and hotplate. Free coffee and tea along with kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery (plates & Cups) are also provided. Iron and ironing board are available.  Free car parking is provided for one motor vehicle.

A large private attached bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, vanity basin, WC, and washing machine.

If you are requiring accommodation while on work assignments, short training courses at SOUTH METROPOLITAN TAFE/ CARLISLE TAFE, attending a conference at Curtin University, or visiting friends and relatives, this will be a great choice with an excellent location. Carlisle TAFE is Western Australia’s premier center for automotive, refrigeration, and air conditioning and associated studies is 7 mins walking distance.

Conveniently located in East Victoria Park on Hubert Street and Somerset Street, our studio(s) is a 3-to 5-minute walk from Victoria Park’s numerous cafes and restaurants, along Albany Highway (next  parallel street). MacDonald’s, Red Rooster, Perth’s well-known coffee outlet VENN,  Penang Village Malaysia Delights are just a few of the dozens of cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance (5 mins).

The location also has four supermarkets within walking distance: ALDI (4 mins), SWANSEA STREET FARMERS MARKET (6 mins), IGA and COLES (10 mins), and soon to be joined by WOOLWORTH. Open 24 hours is Spudshed in Bentley Shopping Plaza, 1.8 km away.

Aqua life Center with a GYM and Swimming pool is a 5-minute walk, open 7 days a week.
