This self-continued 50 sq. meters spacious ground floor apartments is ideal for stays ranging from a few days or a week to extended periods for one person to two persons.
The furnished and air-conditioned ground floor apartment offers spacious lounge, full kitchen and one bedroom. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed (bed linen and towels included), a dining/work table and smart TV. WI-Fi and Netflix are included. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge and an induction hotplate oven and dishwasher. Free coffee and tea along with kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery (plates & Cups) are also provided. Iron and ironing board are available. Free car parking is provided for one motor vehicle.
A large private attached bathroom features a modern walk in shower, vanity basin, WC and washing machine.
If you are requiring accommodation while on work assignments, short training courses at CARLISLE TAFE, attending a conference at Curtin University or visiting friends and relatives, this will be a great choice with an excellent location.
